My husband and I came here for a special occasion and it was a great time. We got the recommendation of trying out this restaurant by a few friends! We had some cocktaila and little to say they were great (especially the margarita and the sangria). We also tried the chicken, Brussels sprouts, olive mashed potatoes... and all I want to say is that out of every item, somehow they manage to make a great meal. The servers were super nice and attentive and made great recommendations. My favorite was definitely the decor and style of the restaurant... they made such a beautiful and nice job with the ceiling, the wine wall, and doing this a rooftop! Amazing!! My only hesitation here is the reduced space that exists within the tables (especially the ones for 2) I feel they are way to close. ALSO, recommendation on going during the day if what is wanted is the view... or at night for a more romantic ambiance.

Top 3 favorite restaurants in Disney World! Awesome gluten free selections, as always in Disney. Love the variety of seafood! The grilled octopus is an absolute favorite !

Toledo was a nice date night spot, but there are also lots of families here and a mixture of very casual to semi formal attire. We made reservations around 8pm, with a window seat to try to get a glimpse of the fireworks. There's not much to see, as it's far in the distance. The bar next door, Dahlia Lounge, has an outdoor balcony with a better view for this. I had the braised chicken and my partner had the lamb. The chicken had great flavor, but the white meat portion and the rice were very dry. The lamb and potato were delicious. I'm disappointed my food wasn't as great but I will return for the lamb. The drinks were amazing! My favorite part. So refreshing, well made, quality ingredients and strong. Service was also very good

Exceptional service, fantastic food (flavor, texture, and appearance), decent timing on food for how busy it is- everything about the experience was fantastic. I'm tempted to knock a star off because the value isn't quite where I want it, but I loved my meal and didn't leave hungry.. For dinner, my wife and I both got the smoked pork chop and then shared 2 sides, braised gigante beans (large lima beans) and the brussels sprouts. Don't sleep in the sides. The brussels sprouts were knock out good. The pork chops were $34 each and came over a bed of creamy delicious spinach fonduta, had a crispy chorizo garnish and a sun dried tomato in the center. I loved it. I thought it was fantastic, cooked perfectly, they sous vide to 140°f and then sear to finish. It was a nice hearty meal, more substantial than meets the eye. The sides were also delicious. The braised gigante beans were delicious, creamy, good level of herb and overall would order them again. I thought the beans could have been just a tad more firm, but these were great. $8.50ish for this is a little expensive in my opinion. To add a side to go with your entrée should be a little less expensive than just getting a la carte. Lastly, the star of the night. The brussels sprouts packed an insane punch of flavor. A bit of richness and smokiness I believe from bacon? They are fried but don't feel overly heavy, however you can definitely sense the richness here. They are bright, nice acidity from a touch of vinegar, I couldn't stop eating them. I wish I had an order to myself. Onto dessert, we got the orange flancocho. A stunning looking dessert. Again, the play on flavor, texture and acidity was special. Crunch bits of that flower cookie, tangy and citrus orange wedges, and decadent flan-cheesecake texture. It's not as light as I expected based on some reviews. This is rich, flavorful and a great cap to the meal for two. I thought the whole experience was great and it was absolutely beautiful. The ceiling changes colors subtly and there are olive trees in the center of the restaurant, it's nicely laid out and not crammed together all in all, 5 stars all around but just wish the sides were a tad less expensive since its not a substantial portion. Good for two to share, though. Not signature dining but absolutely could be. It's at coronodo springs, a moderate resort, so you get a signature dining experience but probably a few bucks cheaper than a topelino or California grill.

Sorry I didn't take pictures of the food! Espresso Martini Stoli Vanil Vodka, Bols Crème de Cacao White Liqueuer, Simple Syrup, Espresso was my wife's drink of choice I ordered a glass of Pino Noir to enjoy with my Marinated Grilled Lamb Loin Potatoes, Salsa Verde, Greens, Blistered Peppers and my wife ordered the Plancha-seared Salmon Asparagus Purée, Vizcaina Sauce, and Seasonal Garden Vegetables Deserts were 'The Toledo Tapas Bar' dessert tasting the flavors of Spanish Coffee, crunchy Chocolate, Raspberry Mousse and Lemon Curd & Orange Flancocho Cream Cheese Flan, Orange Cake, Whipped Cream, Cardenal Mendoza-macerated Oranges From the welcoming to the exit the staff were friendly and amazing! Great Experience in a lavishly styled restaurant.

Been a while since our first visit, but this experience was so much better. We ordered the Lamb Loin and it was excellent. Looked/tasted like a nice steak! Had never heard of this before, but will be back to try it again. Will NOT add the scallop enhancement as they were the smallest scallops I've ever seen at Disney. Will also order the Gambas al Ajillo shrimp appetizer again. Not overly garlicky but nicely prepared. The Charred Octopus was underwhelming as it was mainly potatoes. They were nice potatoes and I enjoyed the chimichurri. But the Octopus was very tiny bits and somewhat overcooked, probably because the pieces were SO small. The Caffè Delicioso was about half the size it used to be, yet still delicioso! Not a 5 star meal, but very enjoyable. And it's a beautiful location we'll worth visiting.

Awesome Disney dining experience! The service was fantastic - super attentive and kind. The cast member who checked us in, a lovely Colombian woman, was so nice. We loved the Gambas al Ajillo, Brick-Oven Shrimp, and Charred Octopus fresh and perfectly cooked. The filet and salmon entrées were delicious, and for dessert, the Orange Flancocho was the highlight. Highly recommend it It is at the top of the building, so you can go out to the balcony and enjoy the view.

Service is great special mention to Ava (hostess) which made our night extra special. Ambience is nice - it's Disney. Ordered the chef special for 2 - ribeye which is perfect. The chef special can be good for 3 peeps. The appetizer and desert are ok. Went there for a chance to see the fireworks from afar. It's an experience but for the price maybe just get drinks from dahlia lounge with some appetizer will be enough Love our drinks from dahlia while waiting for our table. Overall, it's ok but not for the price.

Great service, great food, great views, great drinks. That's really it about this place - it's a beautiful restaurant with lovely views situated at the top of the new tower at Coronado Springs. The caliber of food here is absolutely far superior than any of the other offerings at this sprawling resort complex. This place was absolutely packed in each of the 3 times I've dined here so that says a lot about what a lovely venue it is. The tapas here was amazing and so was the prix fixe menu. My favorite tapas selection is definitely the garlic shrimp. That alone is worth the price of admission. As for the ribeye steak it's gigantic and it's definitely for share. The cheese plate with select meats was also great as part of the prix fixe. The food here is always crafted perfectly. Speaking of amazing, the drink selection here is outstanding. The awesome selection of Spanish gin is a sight to behold along with their huge wine list. You must indulge in all of the libations if you are going to spend any time here. The drinks were strong and really hit the spot. The service is amazing and the views are gorgeous. I'd call this place an absolute must-eat at WDW.
